Every export is generated in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and filenames never include the searched username — a filename leaks into screenshots and shared folders.
CSV
Separate files for posts and comments, with the fields you would expect plus the archive source. Values that could be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas are neutralised, because archive text is arbitrary user content and CSVs open directly in Excel.
JSON
Normalized records with an envelope carrying the query, the sources, the partial flag, any warnings and the archive notice. An exported file outlives the session that produced it, so the caveats travel with the data.
Markdown research summary
A readable report: query, sources, summary metrics with the basis of each, communities, activity, frequent terms, your notes, and a limitations section that is never omitted.
It is titled Public Reddit Activity Research, not an intelligence report, because that is what it is.
